Pricing for Home Organization (garage, closets, clutter, kitchen drawers, etc)

$30 per hour ( minimum of 4 hours per day)

Our pricing is low because we don't feel that you should pay an arm and a leg to organize your stuff!! NOTE: If your location is 30 minutes or more distance, there will be a $25 time/travel fee for arriving at your home for the day.

Pricing for Home Staging (Real Estate and/or Interior Design)

$30 per hour (minimum of 4 hours per day)

 We stage & set up your own items (we do not rent or offer additional decorating items)

Using your own decor saves a LOT of money on your part, because as we remove the clutter and just keep key pieces in your home, you will be able to have the same effect at a lower cost. 

OPTIONAL: $50-$75 for a weekly refresh, where we will come back once a week for roughly an hour and maintain the original decorative placement of the staged items for your real estate needs. NOTE: (Details: Typical total cost for the visit is $50, but if your location is more than 30 minutes drive, the total cost will be $75 for the additional time & travel, otherwise it is typically $50 total for this service)

BIG BONUS! There is NOT a minimum 3-month contract requirement for our services!! Many staging companies seem to have a 3 month minimum contract, but we don't!!
