Are you looking for a responsible and honest person to take care of your vacant property, second home or apartment? Sometimes property managers are too busy to swing by and check on the empty rentals, because they are preoccupied with collecting rent from the occupied locations.

🏡 We take care of things like:

🔹️Your " extra" mail collection (even if you put a hold on your mail, there could always be newspapers and other soliciting items that are piling up and can have a negatives effect on your security) Even things like an Amazon delivery that might have been left outside or accidentally brought to your location, that would indicate no one has been there for days, etc.

🔹️Plant watering ( or any upkeep of plants and shrubs; not including lawn mowing or tree trimming) If you have the tools ( left for us somewhere in a closet or garage)  we will trim and sweep up smaller items, especially near your doorway or blocking windows.

🔹️Photo documentation: we are happy to text you current photos of any exterior or interior location (with keys) and any directly surrounding street or fenced area adjacent to your place, to give you peace of mind regarding your home.

🔹️ Other requested services that can be determined and negotiated including turning off your water, checking breaker box, adjusting thermostat or checking temperatures, starting up your additional vehicles to maintain the battery (if they are on the property), and more!
